Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Dreja Novak Art Shop.

  1. Return Period:

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  1. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Art commissions.
  • Downloadable digital products.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling or misuse.
  1. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include the RMA number on the return package.

Please securely package the item, and send it to the address provided with the RMA number.

  1. Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

  1. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., the item received was incorrect or damaged).

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
